Loadmaster Trailer Company LTD constructs custom-designed boat trailers to fit even the largest of saltwater boats. Unlike other companies that use pre-galvanized parts, our trailer frames are all fabbed and MIG-welded in-house while all parts are custom fabricated to order. The frame and parts are then sent to a hot-dip tank to be hot-dip galvanized after being welded. This process ensures that the entire frame and parts are completely galvanized to prevent saltwater corrosion.
Our trailers are built-to-order, structurally sound, rust and flex resistant and all parts are galvanized post-production. The result is a one-of-a-kind saltwater trailer that you can trust. Steel is much stronger than aluminum I beam, especially aluminum frames that are bolted together. Because we use only C-Channel steel, there is no need to worry about the internal rusting issues of tube steel. Our saltwater trailers are strong, structural, and mig-welded so you do not have to worry about flame flex or bending, or fight with your trailer “floating” while you’re trying to load your boat onto the trailer because it’s so lightweight, like some aluminum I beam trailers. All of our structural numerous cross-members are MIG-welded to the C-Channel frame, rather than bolted together, as well.

Hot-Dip Galvanization
All of our trailers are hot-dip galvanized after the manufacturing process to protect against harsh saltwater conditions. As an added bonus to you, galvanizing comes with a five-year warranty.
